AtenaOps terms of use
These terms explain the neutral operating rules for AtenaOps accounts, business data, support, and billing access.
Use of the service
AtenaOps is an operations assistant for service businesses. Use it for lawful business work and do not misuse automation, authentication, storage, or communication features.
Accounts and business data
Account owners are responsible for the business information, services, clients, requests, visits, notes, and prepared communication they add to AtenaOps.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid access is handled by the store used to buy it: Stripe on the web, Google Play on Android, and Apple on iOS when those channels are configured. AtenaOps verifies the resulting entitlement on its server; purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are also subject to the selected store's terms.
Support, privacy, and deletion
Privacy information, support contact, and account deletion resources remain available from the public legal links and from the account area when signed in.
