Request account and data deletion

If you no longer want to use AtenaOps, you can request deletion of the account and business data connected with it.

Inside the app

If you can sign in, open Account settings in AtenaOps and use Delete account. The app records the request for your sign-in account and connected business data.

What is removed

The request covers the account, business profile, services, clients, requests, visits, notes, and prepared communication linked to that business.

What may stay briefly

Backups, logs, or records required for security or legal reasons may remain only for the necessary period.

If you cannot sign in

Use this web page as the deletion resource and send the sign-in email and business name through the support contact published with the app. Do not send passwords.
