How AtenaOps handles business data
AtenaOps keeps only the information needed to run a small service business day: account details, business basics, services, clients, requests, visits, notes, language, and reminder status.
What the app uses
The data is used to show the operational dashboard, request flow, client context, language settings, and visit communication.
Phone, tablet, and computer
The same account and language preference are used across Android, iPhone, installed web app, and desktop browser.
Payments
Billing works when Stripe is configured. Stripe handles checkout and the billing portal; AtenaOps stores subscription status and the identifiers needed to manage access.
Deleting data
Signed-in users can start account deletion inside AtenaOps from Account settings. The web deletion page remains available for people who cannot access the app.
